This is the v1.0 pre-licensure release of this document. It reflects Kaadxpay's currently implemented operating practice. Final text will be reviewed and signed off by our legal counsel after LFSA issues the final PSO licence and the new effective date will be posted here. 01What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They are used to remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and (with your consent) measure how the Site is used so we can improve it. Some "cookies" in this policy are not technically HTTP cookies — they are localStorage entries used for the same purposes; we treat them under the same consent rules.

02How we use cookies on this Site

We split cookies into two categories: strictly-necessary (set without consent because the Site cannot function without them) and analytics (set only after you click "Accept" in the consent banner). We do NOT use advertising, behavioural-tracking, fingerprinting, social-media or cross-site cookies.

You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing analytics consent stops further data collection immediately and clears the analytics cookies on your next page load.

We do NOT load Google Analytics until consent is granted, so the cookies above are not present in your browser unless you have explicitly accepted them.

04How to control cookies

Use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of every page to revisit and change your choice.
Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. See: chrome://settings/cookies, edge://settings/content/cookies, about:preferences#privacy (Firefox), Safari → Settings → Privacy.
Use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) for global GA4 opt-out across sites.
Browse in private / incognito mode — most modern browsers discard cookies when the window is closed.

If you block strictly-necessary cookies (e.g. NEXT_LOCALE), the Site will continue to work but your language preference will not be remembered between visits.

05Do Not Track signals

Browser "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals are not consistently interpreted across the industry. We do not currently respond to DNT signals automatically; instead we offer the explicit Cookie consent banner described above, which gives you a clear, auditable choice.

06Changes to this Cookie Policy

When we add, remove or change cookies on the Site, we update the table above and bump the version number. Material changes are highlighted in the consent banner so existing visitors are prompted to review their choice.
