THE PLATFORM
Build cross-border payment flows on one platform — from collection to settlement.
Six tightly integrated modules that share a single ledger, single risk graph, and single audit trail. Pick what you need today, expand when you scale.
PLATFORM MODULES
Six modules. One platform.
Connect any combination — they all share the same accounts, ledger, and compliance layer.
Collections
Accept local payments across every major corridor — cards, wallets, bank rails, QR.
Payouts
Mass payouts to bank accounts, wallets, and cards with automated compliance.
FX & Settlement
Real-time multi-currency conversion and next-day settlement with transparent pricing.
Reconciliation
Automated matching across all channels with full audit trail and exception handling.
Risk & Compliance
KYC, AML, sanctions screening, Travel Rule — built-in, not bolted-on.
Developer Platform
REST APIs, signed webhooks, sandbox, SDKs. Everything your engineers need.
WHY ONE PLATFORM
Replace 6 vendors with one orchestration layer.
Stop stitching APIs from acquirers, FX brokers, screening tools, and reconciliation services. Run everything on one stack.
Single ledger, single truth
Every transaction across collections, FX, payouts and refunds posts to the same double-entry ledger. No reconciliation between systems — just one audit trail.
Compliance baked in
KYC, AML screening, Travel Rule, STR/CTR — applied uniformly across every payment flow, not as separate vendors.
Smart routing, lower cost
Route each transaction through the optimal corridor and rail. Cut 30-50% off cross-border fees vs. legacy correspondent banking.
T+0 to T+1 settlement
Most ASEAN corridors settle within 24 hours; many in real time. No more 3-5 day wires through 4 correspondent banks.
ARCHITECTURE
Built for scale, audited for trust.
FAQ
Six questions merchants ask most
If your question isn't answered here, drop us a line via /contact.
Stripe is strongest in card acquiring and North America / Europe; Airwallex is strongest in multi-currency accounts and global wallets; Kaadxpay specializes in cross-border corridor orchestration across ASEAN + Greater China — we connect directly to local RPPs (DuitNow / FPX / PayNow / GrabPay / DANA / GCash, etc.) and route each transaction through the optimum local rail by cost + success-rate. See the "Stripe vs Airwallex vs Kaadxpay" deep dive in Insights for the full comparison.
Standard timeline: merchant onboarding + KYC 1-2 weeks; technical integration (HPP / Direct API / Webhook) 2-3 weeks; UAT + go-live 1 week. Total 4-6 weeks. Faster if you already hold an ASEAN-region license or have local-currency settlement accounts in the region.
Three layers: (1) per-transaction fee 1.0%-3.0% depending on rail and currency; (2) cross-border settlement fee 0.3%-0.8% (FX included); (3) API monthly fee USD 0-500, tiered by volume. No setup fee, no minimum transaction. Final pricing depends on corridor and volume — we quote per deal.
Yes. We support local settlement accounts across ASEAN-9 + HK + SG + AU. Cross-border settlement is T+1 to local accounts; certain rails (DuitNow Real-time) support T+0. Settlement currency options: USD / SGD / HKD / MYR / IDR / PHP / THB / VND / EUR.
The current PSO license does not cover crypto-to-fiat. A Labuan FSA license upgrade is in progress targeting H2 2026, at which point USDT / USDC corridors will go live. See /about/regulation for the regulatory roadmap.
Yes. Kaadxpay runs a Partner Program with three tracks: financial institutions, SaaS platforms, and ISO/Resellers. Partners use our license, compliance, and orchestration to build their own payment front-end. See /partners.
